The dark side: the iPhone - Part 1

Evil Iphone

The iPhone is the gadget of the year, there's no discussion. After the commercial success of the Wii, the iPhone was a record global sales, and with the arrival of his second edition (3G) is expected to expanded sales success.

There are hundreds of web pages with reviews and comments, people raving about the phone, the technological revolution that means, and Apple's move with this device. It's time to see the dark side of the beast.

I have a 2G iPhone 3 months ago and I love it, I think a beautiful toy and allows me to have fun in many ways to watch movies, read books, listen to music, talking on the phone, play games, to remotely manage Windows desktops, make funny pictures , and why not also make them jealous.

But in the country of Alicia's not all wonders. Day to day this cell phone so appealing shows some serious shortcomings in basic features are completely absent, some obvious and reasonable for Apple's inexperience in the design of cell phones, and other domestic political reasons of Apple's market that are super rigid and many seem absurd.

One of the most basic and unforgivable lack of functionality is an audible warning when battery capacity is low (10% - 20%). This is in daily use is extremely annoying, because you usually leave the phone on at night (accidentally or intentionally), and in the morning meeting with a fully discharged phone, key moment in which one has the same out, either to talk while driving your car, or listen to music on public transport, but no ... forget it ... is discharged without notice. This happens to me at least 2 times a week and it is not nice, and seems not so difficult to resolve by Apple, which seems to ignore the problem.

Another missing basic functionality is really irritating, especially volunteer to be something specifically for Apple is all about Bluetooth services. The phone brings all the features cut from standard Bluetooth default and can only be used to connect to devices such as "hands free", you can use to connect to anything more than that, forget about moving pictures, images, video or music through the Bluetooth.

To be continued ...
