I want to tell about a site that makes me easier daily life, perhaps some of you know him, is called RTM - Remember The Milk . Basically it is a web service which gives us the ability to add tasks, priorities seteándole labeled with tags (what Google saw!). I know there are a lot of that going around, but few with such ease of integration with other services and above all, as easy and flexible in its use.

"Remember The Milk reinvents the to-do list" is the phrase that we receive on your site, your slogan, and it is very true.

Some of its features are:

- allow to be reminded where you want ... so email, messengers (GTalk, MSN, Skype, etc.), SMS, yet pigeons ... but I'm going to suggest.

- Locally use Google Gears or Adobe Air , for cases where you have no web connection (riding the bus with your mini laptop and free wireless broadband).

- Add ons in Gmail, Google Calendar, Thunderbird, etc..

- Lets you put your tasks in real-world maps (Google maps). Allowing you to even plan a trip based on your tasks.

- Agility in the management of tasks, based on priorities, deadlines, hotkeys (shortcuts).

- Integration with Twitter , mobile version, iGoogle, Netvibes, bookmarlets for your browser.

- Ability to organize on the basis of lists, labels, clouds, messing around ...

- Group management tasks, send to another user.

Anyway ... a lot, and all very useful. And above all, simple, easy to use. A mainstay of the methodology to use GTD which I will be talking soon. And one way to get you off the stickies and notepads all's lists.
